Precision at the Source: Mastering the Frontline of Industrial Data.

Program Overview

Field instrumentation is the foundation of every data-driven decision made in an industrial facility. This module masters the fundamentals of field instruments by providing a deep dive into measuring technologies and their critical use in industrial control loops. We focus on the precise selection, installation, and interpretation of instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), interlocks, and control loops.

Participants will learn to recognize measurement units, physical quantities, and standard instrumentation signals (4–20 mA). By ensuring that every instrument is correctly specified and calibrated, your team guarantees the accuracy of the process data, reducing waste and preventing operational failures at the source.

Key Course Objectives

  • Acquire technical mastery of measuring instruments and their associated roles.
  • Develop skills in precise selection, installation, and field troubleshooting.
  • Interpret complex instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and control logic.
  • Master standard industrial signals and measurement units for total data integrity.
