General Worker Training Program
Frontline Safety Mastery: Anchoring the "Safe to the Core" DNA.
Program Overview
The safety of an industrial site is only as strong as its foundational workforce. The General Worker Training Program is designed to instill a proactive safety mindset from day one, transforming compliance into a core personal value. By covering essential HSE principles—including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), JESA’s Life-Saving Rules (LSRs), and Job Safety Analysis (JHAs)—we bridge the gap between classroom theory and the high-risk reality of the field.
This highly practical program utilizes hands-on demonstrations for critical hazards such as working at height and confined spaces. Our mission is to ensure that every worker possesses the "Safety Reflex" required to identify hazards and act decisively, ensuring operational continuity through total risk awareness and team protection.
Key Course Objectives
- Understand and apply critical safety principles and JESA's Life-Saving Rules (LSRs).
- Develop the ability to identify and neutralize major construction hazards in real-time.
